I got caught slipping…I am a walmart queen…they should of never mentioned that store…they just called..and already took $2.95 out of my account twice….how can I stop this now?….he said his name was John…well the second guy who came on the phone to verifiy my information…but…he actually became disrespectful…and I should have known…I made a huge mistake…I don’t want them stealing my money…I will report them now!

Cannot be true that they have no complaints. I got nothing for the $29 that I cannot find free anyplace. Continually returns “No Results Found” when I found the results with a simple Google search.
I got ripped off as well, and I didn’t contact the BBB, and their refund proceedures are so unneccesarily complicated I didn’t bother to get my refund.

Tthis is total BS. Net Detective is one of the biggest scams around. Look at my video about them. There are thousands of complaints around the net on them. I don’t understand how the heck they are not in jail…
they tell you if you buy it for 29 dollars i think it was you can use it for two years unlimited searches. when you try to seatch they tell you it will cost you 10 dollars for 3 days. or 29 dollars a month until you cancel. they are missleading. I WAS PISS OFF.

Net Detective is a scam. I will be contacting the State of IL Attorney General Internet Consumer Fruad Division and the equivalent angency with the State of FL (their Headquaters). I will also file a complaint with the BBB. They refuse to issue a refund or remedy the problem.
Their data is junk and it’s a bait and switch scam. Their advertsing is misleading.
Got ot the BBB and type in NetDetective – you get a grade F and over 300 complaints in the last 36 months. This website is a TOTAL SCAM.

Check with the Better Business Bureau, then the truth will be known. These people are scammers. Talk about spin. The bottom line is that you don’t get anything that you think you are signing up for.
This is bogus. The proof is when you actually pay for the service and don’t get anything like what is advertised.
